Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sustainability — once an item leaves our studio, it cannot be resold.

We never want you to feel uncertain when ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or care before you purchase, please reach out — we’re happy to help guide you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has not shipped.

Please email us at support@millieessentials.com to request a cancellation.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all cancellations.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If something is wrong — whether your order is incorrect, damaged, or has a defect — email us within 7 days of delivery at support@millieessentials.com.

Our pads are handmade with care, but if you receive one with a defect (like a broken snap), please send us a clear photo and a brief description. Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll work with you personally to find a fair resolution.
